On May 18, 2024, the Second Youth Drug Prevention Education Forum and the fifth Qingyun Forum opened in Beijing.

Mr. Zhu Ling, President of the Innovation Academy of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, Executive Vice president of Beijing Innovation Society and global Chairman of Qingyun Forum, delivered the opening speech on behalf of the organizing committee. He pointed out that a strong youth is a strong country, and a wise youth is a wise country. The Youth Drug Prevention Education Forum adheres to the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind, and holds an international forum on May 18 every year. The aim is to build an international youth drug prevention education exchange platform, promote in-depth research on youth drug prevention education, and jointly safeguard the healthy physical and mental development of young people.
