The International Eurasian Academy of Sciences was established in 1994. They are all famous natural scientists, engineering and technical experts, and social scientists from their respective countries. The headquarters of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences is located in Moscow, with regional centers in Europe (Finland), Eurasia (Russia), and the Asia-Pacific region (China), and scientific centers in 15 countries.

The Innovation Academy of International Eurasian Academy of Sciences (IAIEAS) is an international academic organization and think tank based on the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences. Its chairman is Valery Bondur, the president of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences and a foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The president is Zhu Ling. Its aim is to strengthen international cooperation, promote innovation, and integrate academic research, scientific research, and industrial development. IAIEAS conducts innovation research on an international scale and promotes global industrialization. Its main research directions include artificial intelligence, life sciences, ecological civilization, the Silk Road, new energy, new materials, humanities, and frontier interdisciplinary sciences. The IAIEAS innovation platform is based on key laboratories, engineering technology centers, and industrial innovation centers, and conducts research and innovation development globally.
